Startup of Shell SBCDL EPF in Neuquen, Argentina

Hytech and SIMA complete the Sierras Blancas / Cruz de Lorena EPF project. The plant started up in December; production is expected to ramp up during 2017 with several upgrades and reach full processing capacity later this year.
