Extended Basic Engineering for a new Wastewater Treatment Plant in Campana Refinery

During 2016, Hytech developed the Conceptual Engineering to revamp the existing Refinery liquid effluents treatment facilities taking into account the new units of the Refinery Expansion project (PERC or Proyecto de Expansión de la Refinería Campana). The study included streams characterization, subsequent segregation, selection of technologies and cost estimation. Following that project, Hytech was awarded in 2017, the Extended Basic Engineering for the new Wastewater treatment plant comprising different units to manage liquid process effluents, for which technical specifications for bidding were prepared. Additionally, all piping, civil, mechanical, instrument and electrical engineering outside supplier limit were extensively developed, achieving a more accurate cost estimation for the new facilities.
